Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days (cooling off period) of delivery of goods purchased. All returned or exchanged items must be in an unworn condition and packaged in their original box. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must arrive in perfect condition. Lost returned items cannot be refunded - use of a tracking service is recommended.

If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact me.

The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Exemptions are:

• Returns or exchanges on custom or personalised orders.
• Returns or exchanges on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
• Digital downloads are neither returnable nor refundable once you have downloaded the product.

Warranty

In compliance with EU law, a two-year legal warranty on all new items purchased through my service applies. This does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, excessive or normal wear and tear.

If the item does not live up to your expectations, or you believe it to be faulty, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be happy to assess the item and work with you on a suitable solution. If a repair is required and the item is in warranty, it will be repaired free of charge and returned to you. The process can take up to three weeks, but is often quicker. If a repair is not possible or the materials are no longer available, an alternative solution will be found. I guarantee to work towards a fair and reasonable outcome for you. Suitable solutions may include a repair, a replacement, an exchange for another item or a partial or full refund.
